Full control of the org, billing, and every location. Cannot be restricted.

Manage users, locations, and settings within assigned regions.

Configure devices, thresholds, and reports for assigned sites.

Read-only access to dashboards and reports for assigned sites.

Roles are assigned per application

A member can be an Administrator in Account and a Viewer in Portal. Configure each application's matrix on the Permissions page.
